Be Careful when you cancel your policy.

Statefarm will screw you on your refund when you cancel your policy. I have a motorcycle and had an auto policy with State farm. The motorycle policy is great thus far and was hooked up by peter pham. Keep good notes when you cancel your policy. e.g. who you spoke to, what time, etc..

I emailed state farm customer service and called them several times but was told that I have to go through my agent.

They kicked me around to another agent to delay my policy cancellation so they can keep some of my premium money.

This probably goes for all insurance companies but I wanted to give everyone a heads up.
