Hate to say it, but thats kinda the reason you don't want to be riding a racebike around. It has all of its electronics set up for a racetrack, I doubt there was any thought of lo-jack or gps or anti-theft when the purchase was made. I can't blame him for wanting to ride it on a public road, but if you wanna show off to your friends have them come over to your club or house or track, whatever. I'm hoping he ran over a cat or something and dropped it and is using this story to hide his shame, otherwise its pretty depressing for more reasons than one.
