Extra Phone...lol what do i do??

Ok funny story:
I ordered a new Helio (if you dont know what it is its a "device" company that has a pretty sik plan and cool "devices" you all ways see the commercials that say "dont call us a phone company, dont call it a phone")
and canceled my plan with tmo. There was some problems with the shipping and they called me saying someone at the house denied the package, which didnt happen i just wasnt home. Anyways we got it straightened out, they sent me the phone and i transfered my number over from tmobile and got everything set up.
Then today i get another package in the mail, open it up and its the same exact phone!
The invoice descibed the phone and everything and it just said price $0 and i even checked my bank statement to make sure they didnt charge me twice and they didnt! So now i have an extra phone and im like debating on calling them or keeping it...
but i dont know what to do cuz if i keep it and give it someone wouldnt the company see that that phone is in my name and stuff? any suggestions?
:dontknow:

only if you are a purist, -fearing, morally uncorrupted individual do notify the company about the extra phone. Otherwise, keep it! you cannot be blamed for the ineptitude and incompetence of its personel.
do they use a SIM card? if so, it might be easy to sell to someone else using helio.

they dont use a sim card.. just like a memory card.. ya i thought if all else fails i could just keep it and if my 1st phone messes up or breaks i can always have the brand new one as back up. cuz im thinking if i do sell it would the company find out? cuz it might be under my name the phone.. i dunno its different from a regular phone company so i dunnno... but thanks for the idea

I would actually send it back so they don't charge me for it at a later time. But considering how much cell phone companies have ripped me off in the past, I have no ethics when it comes to them. :/: Making sure I don't get double charged is the ONLY reason I would send it back.

forget-bout-it.... it never happened but seriously they make money from you so why not the other way around, go on and slang it on the street and send helio a hallmark thankyou card. Problem solved and if it still burns a hole in your conscious ill help you spend that money on a happy meal but I keep the toy.

It's really easy to say you should capitalize on their mistake, on the other hand, trying to do the right thing might be easier on your heart.
Peace of mind goes farther than a few dollars when your trying to sleep.

I agree with Hardcoresteve, if you try to give it back and they don't do their part then all bets are off.
