Plus a fcukin' bill (the whole entry)...and from an officer nonetheless

Let's not forget that 'public property' is paid for by the public's tax dollars. These kids are part of the public and they have a right to be on that property. There were no other people around so obviously they weren't putting anyone in harm with their skateboarding. The keyword in a situation like this is PROPORTION. No need to throw a kid to the ground and yell at him for 10 minutes for something as minor as this.

I really think they cop was just p1ssed because he has to drive around in that little ghey policemobile.

The situation should have not happened in the first place, because he shouldn't have had to tell the kids twice.
I agree with you. But if it was your kid that got assaulted and his rights were violated, how would you act to it?
Regardless , the cop was in the wrong and shouldnt talk or treat someone who is not a threat to him..

Seems that you ignored the Cops over reaction in that. The citizens of baltimore are going to pay cause the cops parents didn't bother to raise him right either.

Seriously, the blame lies on botht he kid(s) and the cop, but out of the two... the cops actions are the greater 'wrong' as he should have the mental maturity and self-control that the 'kids' lack. Not to forget training and options the kid doesn't.
Plus another Bill...(from another officer). Thank you

Now, don't go closing this thread because were Racer X bashing

Ed, you know I like ya, but come on....you are really siding with the cop on this one and putting blame on the parents.

One day your daughter will grow old enough to make her own decisions....and unless you've parented 100% correctly (which means she'll never do any wrong doing...WHICH WE ALL KNOW WON'T HAPPEN) kids will be kids and do stupid sh*t liking calling a cop "dude". In the end, the kid didn't do any crime that deserved being physically and emotionally abused....I bet that kid was sh*tting his pants the entire time. Doesn't mean he deserved it....and FWIW, this kid will probably fear cops for the rest of his life.:/:

I wonder what the cop would have done if he caught me and a friend of mine riding through gasoliine(that we poured on the street) wall of fire. That was such a rush are wheels would be burning and everything and it was soo funny when my friends hair caught on fire well to me anyway.

Remember GIXXERBILL for MOD!!!

sure it does, but the punishment didn't "fit" the crime....he should have scared the kids away...but I'd bet my that he could have done so without putting his hands on the kid and putting a finger in his face
