If you intend using the bike on the road I would definitely not think about fitting a race loom. Different if you're racing.
It brings many headaches and besides losing your speedo you will also lose indicators, brake lights etc.
Spend your money elsewhere:
A good slipper clutch would be top of my list. STM are superb although we've always used Sigma.
Oooppps, forgot to put that on the spec list.

lol if i do track days i will buy a cheap track only bike lol. too many comming up on the boards to mess this one up lol. this just my really really fun road bike project
