Do you like free Chicken Creole?

I am cooking enough to feed ten people. What's so bad about that? I don't know ten people!

If you want to come downtown and eat my food, you're welcome to stop by. Just send me a PM.

It's not hard at all.

Bell pepper, onion, garlic, chicken, a little oil, cayenne, black pepper, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-

I have to be at Bush Intercontinental at 12:30. Right now I'm in Freeport. It's an hour back to the house. I might be there around 11?

You can leave the Tony's at home (even though I love it). You'll have a runny nose after a few bites of my concoction.
