great! I am glad you made this decision. I wanted to be welcoming but you *do* need some hwy experience before joining group riding. When you are in a group - to the million things you have to worry about on the road group riding adds one more...

So get some exp. and we will see you ona ride next time... Also try 4-5 bikes at first.

i know i know but seriously though it was just awesome riding f4i last night! It was my first time on a real sports bike (I rode a ninja250 before) - what a difference with a cruiser! But when it comes to commute my shadow is better of course...

he says he doesnt have any highway experience. so you're going to throw him in a group of almost 20 bikes for his first group highway ride. not the smartest thing IMO. i suggest starting with a smaller group and get the hang of it.

got to start small in group of like 4 or 5 then go big. just like everyone says not to get a 1k for their first bike, get a 250. same thing.
