KOMODO IS AWSOME!!!!!

I just got my new race suite in and it is FAR and away the best that I have ever had. I got one of the custom suites that they do and wow! Right out of the box they fit like a glove. I wasn't sure about them at first because they have only been around for about 4 years and don't have the rep that people like Bates, Alpine, and others have. BUT, I have owned other suites over the years and I have never been as impressed by a suite in my life! My advise is if you are looking for a new race suite give the guys at Komodo a shout and you WON'T be let down.

I have crashed twice in mine, one high one low. held up great, no bruises or sore spots. I like the hip and theigh protection, seems to offer more than others.

I got the Ceno Custom suite. The owner (and designer) Wayne told me not to get the FX right off the bat because newbies tend to be ground magnets and he would rather me spend LESS MONEY on a suite that would give me more protection at first. He said that the FX suite was mostly for the AMA guys and people like Tye Howard and Larry Myers.

I don't know if the pricing is still the same and I don't want to tell you one thing and have it be wrong so email Wayne, tell him that Jared told you to and he will let you know how much.

Anyone here use Barnacle Bill? That's who I'm having a custom built through. I'm kinda big, so 'off the shelf' is not an option.

Got a link for the Komodo? Curious to see some options.

I just spoke with Wayne over at Komodo and this is what he said,
Regarding custom suits, we’re only going to manufacture them based on the K-FX series b/c that’s what everyone is demanding.

So, to keep the process consistent and with a high QA, it’s best to specialize on a single design and hone it to perfection.
