True, but when he said 'I'll pop a cap in your ", That would have made me fear for my life and I would have shot, Well I am saying I would, I just hope if I am ever in the position I make a good choice. Sure, that would scare me too. But why not just turn the key and leave? Do you really want the death(even if it's trash) of another human on your mind for the rest of your life? Even justified, I imagine you would second guess the sh*t outta yourself forever.

I agree 100%. But a lot can happen in the few seconds it takes to start the car, put it in drive and actually get clear of him, even in a car. Tough choice to make when you really consider all the variables.
