I say at least look at the house. You prob could get a discount on it. If it's what you want, buy it, but if not, then move on. Lots of ppl die and are killed in their homes.

Then you should have Halloween parties! And get those black lights and make the old blood glow! You can never hide all that blood! OOOOOOOH Spooky!

i know the person who bought the house where those 4 teenagers were murdered down here in clear lake a few years ago. he got a good deal because of it. he hasn't complained of anything creepy. I say go for it and save yourself some money

I do think, as many have said, that you could get a steal on it... Its a buyers market not a sellers market... you add in some dead people and BAAMM price should go way down...

what kind of deal are you looking at? is it a foreclosure? if so theres only so far you can negotiate a foreclosure. how long has the house been on the market? this is definately the time to buy a house... even without the dead people you would prolly still get a good deal on the house.
