, Godspeed.

I've been riding streetbikes for over 30 years now, but it seems like in the past few years that the cagers around us have become less considerate / responsible for their actions.

I think that it's because we're on a motorcycle they view us as a 2nd class citizen.

I'm not real big into joining ANY political organizations, but if you're a motorcyclist I highly recommend joining the AMA which gives us a voice.

Sorry for the semi-thread jack, Rest In Peace Jason, and condolences to your family.

please wear your gear people. There should be no reason for a family to have to witness a loved one crashing and dieing. Jason was not wearing gear when he he went down. His wife(my cousin) and children were following behind and saw everything. My cousin is really tore up that she had to basically watch him pass on and that should be something that no one should endure. My cousin questioned him about not wearing a helmet and his response was that he didn't plan on doing anything stupid. Think of your wife, kids, family the next time you throw a leg over and do everything in your power to come home safe. His kids really aren't speaking alot right now... I hope they get all the love and support my family can get to them to help them through.
