registering, insuring a salvage title bike

for those of you that have salvage title bikes. how hard is it to register it? and insurance? is it that much different than a clean title bike. my friend just bought a salvage title bike. very clean bike. just salvage. wants to register it. has a blue title just says savage on it. just curious to the process compared to a regular title bike.

I moved down here from ohio last august with a salvage registration on my f2, I didnt have any problems what so ever. Texas title office didnt even ask any questions or anything. I have a normal title in hand and insurance isnt any different either. All the same. Tell your friend that he should be fine.....

flush mount signals-smoke colored
black levers

just beach front cruising, all straight roads. lots of people from here go down there. but i wait till it gets a bit warmer. just look in the events section for rides and meets. what about your neck of the woods? any good roads?

seems like everyone likes the forest riding which is just a little north of here. Like I said, I went on it once and it was a pretty good ride. I am still learning the roads out here, so I dont really know a whole of alot
