for all of you who is in favor of the death penalty

I just heard on the news that this moron killed his own baby!?
Now how is that even possible? to kill your own baby child by banging his head with something...

I wonder if some hundreds of years into the future biologists discover that these cases lack some fundamental thing up in their brains or something...

Your talking about the Galveston case or a different one? Either way how could anyone have the heart to do that. Me personally find it hard to squash big bugs let alone crushing a baby's head. I just dont have it in me. I'd rather die..

yeah i was. yeah that was my point. this is so difficult to grasp that i strongly believe there's got to be something wrong with his biological makeup. What if one day we discover that all murderers actually have some sort of "murder" gene or something? We have been frying these people in the electric chairs when actually they needed a gene therapy?

I've heard than in jail people convicted of raping, murdering children receive 'special' treatment from the other inmates, that they hate that chit.

I don't think we need to wait hundreds of years for biology to prove that.

Perhaps 1 day we will find that these people can be treated.
Until then the right thing to do is help them pass on to the next world.

I vote limb chippers.

Bumblebee, that's equivalent to saying that those people that burnt witches actually did the right thing to these women because they honestly believed that these women were causing "harm" that could only be mitigated by burning them...

Galveston police meet with PA authorities
GALVESTON, TX (KTRK) -- Two Galveston homicide detectives met briefly with Philadelphia police in the case of a father accused of killing his 3-month old son.
Investigators are hoping to get answers about what happened. Police say Travis "TJ " Mullis took off after the baby's body was found in Galveston last week. He surrendered in Philadelphia.
Traveling nearly 1,600 miles from Galveston, investigators arrived in Philadelphia Sunday with mixed emotions. They hope to interview Mullis this afternoon. They will meet with a judge this afternoon as well to begin the extradition process.
Mullis made his way to Pennsylvania, where he surrendered to Philadelphia police Friday afternoon. Authorities want to find out why Mullis came to Philly.
Mullis is being held without bail. His extradition hearing is scheduled for February 11.

here is how i look at it... If i committed a terrible crime, i'd rather be put to death then spend my life in prison. To me, life in prison is a worse punishment.

Psychologist work on profiling murderers. What if we could test, at birth, to see if someone was capable of committing murder and then killed/sent them off. Point being, even if we knew who was capable of murdering, it would not keep us any safer.

This guy obviously was sick in the head. Didn't he microwave the baby or something??? Ugh, I can't stand to watch people hurt animals, much less their own kids :(

I like this idea In addition, they should pour a little bit of acid all over him, then drag him. POS!
