Don't lift a 4x2, but unless it's a Pre-Runner and modified as such, then I just don't get it.

I'm not into dropping a truck, but if you're gonna do it, then let it be a 4x2, PLEASE! Nothing can be more irritating to me then a slammed 4x4. It's kinda like when I see a Fox Mustang 5.0 slammed with donut tires... irritates the sh*t outta me to subject such a great motor to such shame, and I feel like because I feel its pain & misery.

lol, no offense, but genies are P.O.S. they use to be good about 8 years ago, but then they decided to go to the cheapest bidders with their parts. we have repaired so many of those because of stripped gears that i stopped repairing them because they just wear out to quick. i wont do any repair jobs to genies now. they are to cheaply made. end up costing me money (time that my guys are out fixing them.... over and over again)

bag it! then you can go up and down!
but i would go 3/4 instead of a 1/2

3/4 drop stills gives you plenty of clearance, you can still tow decent sized stuff if need be, not going to bottom out unless you hit a steep incline into a parking lot goin 30mph ha.

It does look good, but I never understood why someone would lift a truck that's Mall Rated, and will never climb a rock.

If you're gonna lift it, then please don't do just a body lift!
