The problem with a 600 arm is the lower mount(the one the dog bones hook to) is offset 5mm(1/4") to one side. Even running the 600 pivot, you still have this problem. So what happens is it throws your dog bone alignment off. They WILL work without any kind of spacer but one side is tight and the other side is loose and the only support is the bolt itself. If you make a spacer to true the alignment, it makes both sides tight and therefore the bones will not "float" from side to side or even spin freely. Thats what happened on mine, I had made some spacers that worked JUST enough to let it move and take the space out but eventually they got in a bind and snapped both links instantly. I just wouldn't do it....I got away with it for two years, then I snapped a link. So I get a new pair of HD links and I snapped both in a month, resulting in major carnage. Just be safe and stick with a busa arm.

Its a Boz Broz full setup. Its load as fck. I got this one because I know it will clear the 300 kit when I install it. I did not want to have to buy another exhaust. Bike ran like sht when I first put it on, Ive been playing with some maps and its running better. I took it in to get a custom map, the guy came out and asked me if I knew the bike only had 140 miles on it???? Duh, its my bike. He said I need to get a couple thousand miles on it before they would put it on the dyno, I told him that would be a year or two. So Im stuck trying other maps to see how they work.

I guess I can attest to that as you seemed to need to rev your bike to 10k just to get out of a gas station parking lot.....
