Any fun routes from N-Houston to Beaumont?

What's up guys, 1st post.

This weekend both Port Arthur and Beaumont are having some Mardi Gras craziness. I've lived in Houston for about 10yrs and in a few months I'm gonna be moving out of state and I've never been to a Mardi Gras, so I gotta see what this Mardi Gras business is all about.

SO, I'd like to know if any of you MotoHouston junkies know of any fun, twisty routes from N Houston to either Beaumont or Port Arthur. My regular riding group (http://buell.meetup.com/32/) usually rides north and west Houston, but we don't know much about the east side. If any of you guys wanna ride out with us, just post up on the site. Feel free to PM in case you don't wanna post anything in public.

Thanks!

Hwy 105 from Conroe to Beaumont.

Hwy 90 from Dayton to Beaumont.

Or you can take the backroads through Liberty to Anahuac, then take 73 to P.A. and up the twin-cities highway to Beaumont.
