we would prefer someone with her own ride, i don't like schlepping folks around.

we don't ming a smoker, we smoke also. she would have to smoke outside, either in the garage or on the back patio.

we don't care if the boyfriend comes over, but i will have to meet him and give my ok first.

we have 3 kids so our house is never spotless, but we would like someone who can tidy up after herself and convince the kids to pick up after themselves.

i'm not concerned about cooking, my middle son has a gluten intolerance so i make everything from scratch and would have dinner/snacks already prepared.

if she had kids we would welcome her bringing them.

it has been a nightmare with sitters. we moved here to get a fresh start away from family that is not the best of influences and now we have no one to help us out. so if you know anyone that would like to make some extra money, we would be very greatful.

TIA!
