My right arm goes numb after 10 minutes from nerve issues so I ride with my left hand on the throttle, right hand on my leg. Kinda funky at first, but it gets easier. Then I got cruise control.

On the racetrack I yell at myself...wierd, it's the only time I talk to myself.

lol @ the replies.

I tend to keep my left hand on my lap, next to the gas tank whenever I'm just cruising and -of course- not shifting.
Also, I can't avoid saying, "Lean !! Lean!" on turns... (I know I know)
And then of course the regular singing and humming when I'm bored.

Yup, rack the pipes when going under an overpass. I stand up on hot days to dry the boys. even wrote a song about it.

I stand up when I ride to dry my
I stand up when I ride to dry my
If I'm standing when I'm riding
You know my are drying
I stand up when I ride to dry my .

Then I do a Sean Connery version of it, replacing "" with "sack" using the accent.
it's pretty retarded, but it takes my mind off the last idiot who tried to kill me.
