Count me in on this. I was gonna try and set up one, but the sporties spammed up my "Where are you from" poll. I'm always down for a ride.

Having said that, I am afraid because of the sheer numbers of the sports bikes they may come to our meet and "trash" it for us - i.e. overwhelm the cruiser guys

for me personally it is hard to plan too far ahead... Plus there is also the weather uncertainty. So thats why i was thinking to wait until tonight and post the m&g for this sat. The weather should be fine.

trust me, i understand. i work offshore and while i only work half the year it seems i still miss most of the stuff going on... idk, as it looks right now, i see only 4-5 people saying they are able to go... and on top of that my kids play b-ball on sats so i can only go after the games so sun would be a better day for me. i just thought 40-50 would make a better pic than 4-5. just typing out loud....

shoot, sorry. Sun wont work because of the superbowl. Later in feb i am unavailable... As for the 4-5 well i agree. 40 cruisers parked in a row make for a great pic but i am not sure we can get that many on this board!!!

What time are you available sat?

What i was thinking is that we could all meet by sabine bridge. take pics and then take scenic memorial drive to wirt to st. arnolds. They only have one tour per week on sat at 1pm. The brewery tour starts at 1pm and consists of a peptalk for about 30 minutes followed by beer tasting. For $5 you can have four tastings of beer (between 2-3 pints). People bring pizzas/chips/sandwiches with them and they have benches and tables kinda like german-style beerfests...

guys, I just posted all-inclusive m&g at midtown sat 12noon. I will ride my cruiser and every other cruiser is welcome to ride. We can have lunch and then ride out somewhere. The weather should be fine! We can see how many of cruisers show up and set up a sub-group for the future...

Please feel free to suggest where we can ride after lunch!

Please schedule this with a little more notice- I would love to ride with you and meet for said pic, but this is my birthday weekend and I have plans every day/night! Next weekend is the benefit ride, so, ANY weekend after that would be great...

folks, I hear you! I undertand that people have other commitments... I'd be happy to participate in any future rides. When scheduling a ride with a long lead time one must always consider rain uncertainty. So it is a tradeoff between scheduling conflicts and weather
