Borrow Snow Chains for Dodge 3500 Dually

We're going to make a run for CO this weekend- very spur of the moment. If ANYBODY has a set of snow chains we could borrow, I'd be happy to leave a deposit. I'll pick them up tonight or tomorrow.

Please Help!

Tires are 17.5

looking for Snow chains in Houston Just kidding Squoddy!!! I know you'd rather not buy them, but I don't think they are that expensive once you get to an area of the country that actually uses them...have fun in CO...I'll be there in two weeks.

also, with the gas you will burn driving up there, it may be cheaper just to rent a car (you'll save in the long run with better gas mileage... this is also assuming you don't need to haul a trailer or anything) and chains for 16" wheels for a front wheel drive car are hella cheap and can be found at most truck stops north of Dallas. FWIW- it's much easier to drive in snow with front wheel drive rather than RWD.

Thank you very much. The truck is four wheel drive, so we should be okay without, but we have 75 acres outside of Pagosa Springs, and the trailer is parked in a field - going to have to go off road, so I was just trying...
