Feb 16th at GSS is a "noob" day for LSTD. Perfect time to get out there if you're new to the track!

Instruction is top-notch, and you won't be disappointed... 'cept for all the money you're gonna spend in the coming years on tires, track bits, suspension, new bike, new leathers, etc, etc, etc...

It's never been down hard at all. I highsided last year, and right before I came to a stop I set my head down lightly while I was all 'ohhhhh ' in my helmet. It only touched lightly, for maybe 2 inches. me off that I went braindead and put my head down.

i'm know i'm late on this but the 1996 and up zx7rs came with a 190 50 chunk that and get a 180/55 raise the rear ride height as there is a height adjustment on the rear shock. and drop the forks in th etubes about 3 mm the handling will make it waaaaaaay more flickable.
