You are one ignorant SOB. With almost 15 years active duty in the Coast Guard I am insulted by your disgusting comments. You have do idea how much we do for this country and how hard we work. You are have no clue how that operation was run and what checks were in place to maintain the chain of custody.

you're ignorant if you think because you joined the military that means you're a good person-which seems to be your rationale. maybe i'm not familiar with your procedures, but it looked pretty loose to me. and inefficient. but i guess y'all Like working hard for our country, you ****ing heroes you

Coke is so easy and cheap to make...the dealers don't seem to mind loosing some shipments here and there. The most expensive part of making it is the Kerosene which doesn't cost much at all. The markup is huge on the final product that losses of product are minute to say the least.

+1, Sometimes you have to give a little to make a lot more. This is just PR.

Alice and 04,

Lets all relax (I know it is hard with this much coke in here) and try to be civil in are discussions. The Coast Guard is a truely great institution of America. Let's not loose sight of that but, with any large conglomerate there are rules and regulations and obviously there is more accountability if there is a larger amount of people involved with such a big bust.

Alice, You and I both know that the 2 of us could have had the ship unloaded in the same amount of time. Especially with that kind of cargo.
