Speed Traps

Mods, I don't know if this is the right spot, or if Safety would be better suited, but I ran across this today and thought I would share.

This is interesting. When you get the web site up, click on the state. Then the next window is a listing of all the cities in that state. Click on your city, and there are the speed traps listed.

SPEED TRAPS - NO JOKE...CHECK IT OUT!

IM sure you might get some of the traps but the other 98.32542 % of them are not listed due to the fact that it's the officers discretion to stop and run radar wherever he/she chooses... so dont be fooled by this post!

It does give some good hints though. There are some problem areas by my house/town and they are listed!

Yea, thats what I was thinking honestly, but if it helps out a fellow moto person then so be it. I looked up the one for La Grange, and they are right on it. Of course, with only like 10 cops in town, there isn't much chance of a trap. If anything, maybe the bikers will slow down more due to assuming they are traps? :dontknow: That would make it a safety thing huh Racer? lol
