On topic now...

I pull a bike over the other night... he was gettin' on it hard, running through all the gears. He was on a Harley so he was only doing 5 over

But he gets off the bike and says "Whats the problem officer?! I know I wasn't doing anything wrong!" (he had no helmet, no helmet-exemption sticker, was speeding, and had no "M" endorsement).

So I said... "Sign here"

Several moths ago I pull this guy over for running a stop sign. I walk up and notice he has little bits of weed still stuck to his shirt (he was too high to notice). I ask him when was the last time he smoked. He says "I've never smoked!"

That was a fun one

Only 5 over? You pulled him over for 5 over? Also, coulnd't he just gave you a health insurance card to get out of hte helmet exemption sticker?

Also you never answered my question about a sportbike guy running after he pulls over. Wouldn't you have his plate seems silly to run you would just get him later.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-

He was actually doing 28 over... saying he was doing "5 over" was just me exaggerating trying to be funny (cause he was riding a Harley...).

As to having a license plate on a bike... it may not be the right plate, or maybe it was JUST stolen and not yet reported, or maybe the bike is being loaned out and the registered owner is not riding, or maybe the bike was sold and the new owner has not changhed the title info, or maybe...

There are a thousand "maybes"... all I need to know is whos the RIDER

First, put the cap back on your beer then stash it under the seat (always keep your caps)

Second, eat your stash.

Third, lock your pistol in the glove box.

Fourth, put the windows down and light a cigarette.

Fifth, get ready to go to jail.

obviously he was "reffer"ing to pot or booze....is this automatically assumed to be the case?
When someone lights up AFTER you pull 'em over... thats a clue. A clue that they know they've got issues and they know they're goin' to jail... time for one last cigarette!
