G1000 F ucking F ucker Guitar Amp

http://www.metasonix.com/index.php?o...d=36&Itemid=67

"There is nothing like the G-1000. Not even vaguely. It is arcane and radical. It is 100% vacuum tubes, from input to output. It contains 100% new-old-stock (NOS) tubes. Types never seen in guitar amps.

The G-1000 consists of two totally independent amplifiers, with very different preamp sections. One channel is called the HAPPY channel. The other is called the ANGRY channel.

For good reason. One sucks your face, the other gnaws your foreskin off."

15 watts per channel (x2) = 30 watts.

Is that a typo? Should it be 150 watts per channel?

GHEY... not the first tube amp on the market.... big deal it has a dirty channel and a clean channel like any other head... the only thing I can see different is their marketing approach. I wouldn't give a 100 bucks for it.

Haha.. Of course it's not the first tube amp. Almost all the tube amps have disappeared.

I page I got the link from was full of people bashing it just because of the name and 'marketing'. Pure fuking musicians i'm sure. Sound has nothing to do with it, right?

I'd have to hear it. I'm not a guitarist but I've always liked the sound of Marshall and VOX amps.

I play through one of these (bass)
