I would say diet. When I was heavy into body building I would change my diet from time to time and I would start having weird dreams or have troubles sleeping all together.

Been taking Chantix the last couple of months. It's a stop smoking medicine. One of the side effects is possible unusual dreams (along with really nasty gas, but I won't get into that).

Anyway, talk about some screwed up nightmares. Had one that I was still married to my exwife and we were celebrating buying our first trailer house. Woke up in cold sweats on that one.

Last week was one about some of my best friends that were really aliens with some flesh eating leech-like things coming out of their skin. That one wasn't too bad.

And yes, a change in diet can affect your dreams.

do you normally dream at all? some people dont and when they do dream its weird to them. I used to have night terrors when I was a little kid and somehow my dad taught me how to recognize that I was dreaming and wake myself up. Maybe you should try to notice that youre dreaming while youre asleep and wake yourself up if the dream gets too intense.

Then I dreamed that I was in my car going down the main road in my town, and I guess i was going like 60 in a 40, and I got pulled over...the cop told me to step out of the car and put my hands on the roof. But I can remember not listening to him as I was trying to finish the drink in my hand. They started talking about me speeding, and said I was going 90 in a 30 and I said the speed limit there is 40 and i was only going 60. Then i told him that I was weaving in and out of traffic because I didn't care what happened to me anymore because I just found out I am a diabetic :/:

:dontknow:

Anyone else have any weird dreams lately??

Last night I had a dream that I was at waffle house and I was mad because my friend had waffles and I just had a jar of peanut butter.

everyone dreams even when you think you didn't dream you still did. you just don't remember it.

If you want to have some real off the wall dreams try using melatonin, this helps me sleep very well but i have to be carefull what I read or watch before bed. Take a couple of these, flip through this months playboy and you should be good to go...
