Looking for my first bike

What do yall think is a good first bike? i'm looking for a used bike planing on spending about $3000.
I really like the Ninja ZX.

I think the zx7 will keep you occupied for a while...from a 750cc the only place to really go is a 1000cc, and with little to no experience, a liter bike should be WAYYYY down the road.

If your set on a 600 and your on a budget find yourself a CBR 600 F3.
