o-oh...looks like Matt is taking a walk on the wild side...

come on over Matt I think you'll like it....

I think most of these guys have answered your questions. Patrick over at www.motorcycles-unlimited.com has you covered when it comes to gear, nice selection and they can get you fitted with something that won't give you man-toe, not a pretty sight... He also owns and operates www.trackleather.com this allows you the oppourtunity to rent leathers and see if you like track riding before you make the investment, the cool thing about that is the rental fee can be applied towards the purchase of a suit.

Trackday orgs....there are four to choose from...

Longhorn Motorcycle School...http://www.motohouston.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=95

Lonestar Trackdays...http://www.lstd.com/

Texas Trackdays...http://www.texastrackdays.com/

and Ridesmart...http://www.ridesmart.info/

all of there info is posted in the sponsor section, check there schedules to find a date that best fits your needs. Let me know when you get back in town, I'll swing by the crib and give you the run down so you can have a better idea of how things work...

track bike lead...

http://www.motohouston.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=43847

I looked into getting this one for myself...don't think it's going to happen
