Don't sweat it, witchdoctor is more like the searchdoctor (at least from my little experience here), he has set me straight too. When you're here a while, naturally, certain topics will come and go; and come and go; and come and go

lol... when you've been here awhile it gets tiresome to see the same questions asked every few weeks. BTW... the first link in my search reply was dated 11-27-07 as the last entry... 6 weeks ago.

that's no lie... only time I listen to music while riding is if I am taking a LONG trip. breaks the boredom. In town no way... too many jackasses trying to learn how to operate a vehicle safely to be distracted.

I can't get headphones to stay in my ears even without a helmet. I hate iPods.

I listen to it all the time, keeps me hyped up and looking for trouble, I bee bop down the road all the time. And when the seriously heavy metal comes on I get real serious about my ride. I feel it keeps me even more alert and I concentrate better. Traffic and the wind noise makes me want to fall asleep

i use the mushroom earbuds without the foam covers... I then wrap them in the MACK beeswax earplugs. They stay in my ear plus the road is blocked out so I can use a lower volume.

I use a set of tiny earphones I purchased to use with my cell phones MP3 player. $50.00 but well worth it

I use it on trips longer then around town or at night to keep focus.

I always have sound-canceling ear plugs in just may not be on...

But my bike is noisey. i dont know if i'd heard the emergency vehicle better without the music.

I purchased a set of ear (winter) headphones that were flat and water proof - Installed them in my helmet. Nothing in my ears and I listen to my tunes almost every ride.
