it was on this day in 1920 that alcohol was made illegal in the US.... it stayed that way for 13 years.... what do you think the US would be like if it stayed illegal then? no more ugly guys getting hott drunk chicks

lol.........but yeah............ alcohol is part of this countries diverse culture........ and its a major economical boost, which is why it will never be illegal again.......... the gov. may say this and that, but in the end it comes down to the economical aspect of it...........thats why strip clubs, adult entertainment are around........ it may be considered garbage by some of society, but the gov. doesnt get rid of them because they help the economy.................. i need a beer, brb, lol, no im not an alcoholic..................yet

Unlike some other garbages of the society, moderate amount of alcohol consumed regularly is actually proven to be of benefit to one's health

yeah that's what i meant - if my bar runs empty it would be a litmus test of whether or not i am an alcoholic. That's why I make sure i often fill it up!

I know, Junky, I am sorry about your loss. It wasn't caused just by the alcohol but also by stupidity. I like alcohol but i dont like drunk driving. I regret every time i drove drunk and think i was pretty dumb for doing it.

I wasn't talking about my friend passing away. My dad has been a drug addict/alcoholic my whole life. His addiction lead to my moms death and a lot of other messed up things in my life.
