its prob just the clamp that holds the muffle to the mid-pipe and he needs to tighten it up

if you can find a muffler shop they might be able to quickly weld the clamp together or the clamp to the frame for like 15 bucks, but thats if you really cant find anything to hold it. iwouldnt weld it to the frame though

is there a split in the muzzy pipe where the nut bolts through to clamp the muffler to the midpipe? if the two pieces are touching, then the clamp has reached its limits. may been to cut more material out between the clamps so the metal has a place to retract and tighten up

Without seeing where it's loose, I'd try pushing the pipe on further (using a twisting motion) and then tightening the band clamp. Make sure you loosen everything up before you do that to make sure the pipe goes all the way on.

You can also go to a muffler shop to have them enlarge the downpipe. Other things that make it loose is the main bracket on the subframe. If it isn't tight, then you will be wasting time fixing the other part. But if you really want to fix it, then trash the POS Muzzy system and get a real system.
