his dad is out and will be in ICU for 2 days.

They were only able to do 2 or the 3 bypasses because 1 vein was too small

Ok so I just got back from the hospital and dad is in ICU... The machine is still helping him breathe a little bit but he is doing great... as Amber stated, they were only able to do 2 of the 3 veins they initially wanted to do... they did remove the tube from his throat already which is what bothered him most... they are letting him have ice chips since he cant drink water yet... we talked for a little bit and all he kept asking me is How my leg was doing... funny that he had just had his heart f-ed with and what his biggest concern is my leg... thats a FATHER for ya... then 9pm came around I they asked us to leave... Thanks to all for your prayers...

Update: Dad obviously woke up with a load of pain today but again Morhine to the rescue... He will be in ICU for the next 2 days and then another 3 in a regular room... the only thing is that all the male and female nurses seem like Freaking robots at the hospital he is in... they dont talk, no expressions... ud think they would have better bedside manner but I guess who gives a fudge... as long as they take care of Pops well...
