Scraper bike build

So i decided to start project scraper bike i have a bad start off a bike a mongoose bmx but its a good start if anyone has a beach cruiser or a mountain bike for super cheap or free let me know i wanna build a big wheel one but this is my first attempt so for anyone who has not seen scraper bike look at bottom post

i just dont get it , it's like you are painting it with neon colors and putting giant 'fins' in the wheels ?

what happened to playing cards and clothes pins ? gees

Actual rims are getting made tonight still trying to find a beach cruiser to start scraper bike #2 and got a lawnmower on the way building a scraper/racing mower lol
