Take care of yourselves guys, listen to the Docs too. Alternating cold/ wet warm works pretty well, they also usually recommend stretching the affected areas and light exercise.








































Of course, BL and Hydrocodone ain't too bad either...

Well I guess the streching part of it comes from work... today it felt better but I could tell that by the end of the shift my leg was calling it quits for the day... I did experience higher than normal drainage...
