Exclamation PoPo back @ home using only 1 leg...

Thanks to ALL of my friends on the board that were concerned about me today... To start, my bike is DONE... I was approaching a turn and noticed a load of brake fade... I had noticed it earlier but I figured it was my hand cramping that made it feel that way... regardless I was at about 100 mph to 120 and when I hit the brakes I felt like it was running long and then I felt a bike hit me from behind... then I saw sky, dirt, dirt, sky, and then more dirt and sky...When it was over, there was the rider that hit me laying in the grass and me running over to help him... I did not notice that my leg was bleeding badly... when I took my leathers off I noticed a 2 inch by 2 inch hole in my knee... you could see that it was down to the bone... Candie drove me to the hospital... Since the E.R was backed up we waited and then who do Candie and I see??? Bubby, Candies huspand... he too wrecked... he dislocated his finger, broke his toe and ripped open one of his toes too... So all in all a track day or some... but its good to know that many of you all were concerned for me and others... Im concerned for my bike but happens... Now I have to go to see a plastic surgeon on Monday but they believe I will not need a skin graft... I should heal in time with using a method called Wet/Dry dressing application... Thanks to all that helped me at the track... And thanks to Dr.Doug(Radar) for the onsite doctoring you provided... thanks Candie for taking me and hanging out with me through the cleaning that hurt like crud... Ask Candie, there was a period where they hit a nerve and my face went white...

I WILL get back out on the track soon... again thanks to all

Glad to hear you are doing well Ariel. Larry was behing you guys and saw the whole thing. "The scariest crash I've ever witnessed" were his words. Must have been a Dusey. That knee was GNARLY!! Couldn't have been pleant when Doug gave it the alcohol, then to go again at the ER. DANGGGGGGG........................Good thing chicks dig scars!! Heal up quick, oh and your bike is in Larry's garage at the track. Not too bad, but she's a track now.

Saw the bike, glad it's only the hole in your leg. Not that I would have wished even that on you, but from the bike, I expected you to be much worse! Glad you will be okay, let us know what the surgeon says!

Buck, I am more determined to be better and better on the track now more than ever... We all take spill ... You have evidence of this all over many riders leathers... If Pros go down then I can go down too... Ill learn from this and come back stronger... I did love the program you put on and I would recommend it to anyone... happens and it did today but all in all you have one of the best riding programs around...

Dang Ariel it's good to see you already posting up. I was afraid we wouldn't hear from you until late tonight or tomorrow meaning you were still being treated.

Man I showed up at the track expecting to see you running and you weren't. So I went looking for you then the next thing I know my brother calls me on the phone and tells me he just came across a 1000RR that's all beat up and it says Poporider on the tail. I thought aaahhh no! But yes.

Well man I'm glad you're okay. How's the other guy?

Sux to hear bro but glad it wasn't worse. Hope to see you up on a bike soon so we can ride. I bet, it was that guy you ticketed the lap before for passing you up How much damage did it do to the muscle? If you don't want the scar I don't know if they can do it ask the plastic surgeon about scar debrasion when it heals to remove the scar. I heard it getting pretty big especially with stretch marks.
