!!!!! I have been trying to get a good pic of him for about 4 months now. I always see him in the same place near willowbrook mall. I was wondering if that turbin was DOT aproved.

He's got after market pipes on that bad boy bike too. You hear "wwwaaaaahhhhh" real loud and look over expecting to see a blacked out harley rider with no helmet and chains hanging from his pocket to the asphault. But, he does have the blacked out part right.
