Someone at the MX park asked me if i was gonna put it back in! I was like NO! This hurt way more than when I crashed and broke my arm and wrist. Drugs were sooooo nice!

Yeah I was right behind him when he fell, it as one of those falls that didn't look like it would have hurt too bad, but obviously it did!! Sh*t happens, sometimes you have to fall out of the nest before you can fly.

the pic doesn't do much justice, because you can't see what the other one looked like to compare it to, but MAN I tell ya, it looked BAD. I wasn't going to say that while we were still at the track, but yeah, I thought he broke it like right near the joint.

On a more positive note. I just made some AWESOME wraps with fried tofu, clover sprouts, shaved carrots, cilantro and a bit of hoisin, peanut, and sriracha sauces!! I love good food!

OUCH! My daughter has "Radial Head Subluxation" of both elbows or NurseMaids Elbow. So she has dislocated her right elbow 4 times and her left 6 times. I have never, ever heard worse screaming. Very traumatic. Glad you are feeling a little better.

Also, I had to learn how to put it back because it wasn't something we could always get to the Dr. quickly for and the longer you wait the worse the swelling and the harder to fix due to swelling. By the 4th dislocation I was a pro.

Oh good, you gonna be at Brandies B-day celebration? I'm bringing my crf and may need you!

As humble as I can be while saying this, more muscle makes it harder to put back in also. I got extra anesthesia to help me relax more. I swear it popped back in just in time, I was about to go from a groan to a yell from the pain. That was after four doses of whatever they were injecting me with.

I dislocated three fingers in a soccer match once, stupidly I didn't seek medical attention until after the match and I squealed like a pig when they "corrected" them !!
A whole shoulder- No Thanks, I can feel your pain.

According to my ER report they failed to mention that the radiologist suspects I have a fracture in my humerus! If that's the case, it really screws up a lot of things for me.

I'm in a very bad mood right now.

I have an appoitment tomorrow with an orthopedic specialist.
