Hmmm... I give him a 2 out 10!! Would have given a 1, but at least it was somewhat entertaining.

tire turned to the right or left coming down. It can happen without wheelying, the best defense against it is a steering damper, most new bike come with them installed

Had that happen to me in 03...left lane of 45 headed south towards galveston...I came down with the front wheel sideways...went into a tank slapper...shot across three lanes of traffic to the right...got bucked off ended up in the grass in between the freeway and the feeder road, bike hit the curbing and literally jump the feeder road...left broken elbow, road rash on both of my hips, right side of my back, right forearm.

I'm lucky to be alive....

I'm even more lucky that I didn't cause an accident that would have resulted in the death or injury of someone else.

I've had a discussion or two about tank slapper with some friends in the past, so just curious what your, or anybody, thoughts are!
They are riding theory books. Good stuff I read Twist 2 before every track day.
