All protein, no carbs. It's a five week plan. I'm trying to drop 5-6% of body fat and add about 8-10 lbs of muscle.

Monday/Wednesday
Heavy:: Pull ups, Power Cleans, Shoulder Press, Inverted Row, Shoulder extensions, Squats

Tuesday/Thursday
Light:: DB drills, Vertical jumps and 1 hour of various core exercises

Saturday
Cardio:: 10 Hill sprints and more DB drills

It's gonna suck BALLZ...

some of my meals:
breakfast:
shake before work
2scoop ON whey
.5cup oats
.5cup cottage cheese
as soon as i get to work i eat 1 cup of Optimum rebound banana-flax-almond cereal w/ 1cup skim milk, then a banana.
for a snack i might eat 2 tbsp of natty pb, and some cottage cheese... (pb is very calorie dense so be careful)

I LOVE grapefruit.

But I couldn't/didn't eat any during my low carb phase. Too much sugar, even if it is natural.

Also, remember, you are wanting to LOSE wight, not stay the same weight, just becuase soemthing doesn't make you gain, doesn't mean it's helping towards your goal.

its possible, quite a few researchers believe splenda and artificial sweetners still spike insulin levels. but if you use this fundemental rule you should be alright: eat less calories than you expend, you will lose weight!

there are many ways to go about doing it though... and the best way is to eat more food than needed, and put yourself in a caloric deficit by lifting weights/cardio

in 5-6weeks? i find this very impossible! even with the use of steroids.
