first start by finding what amount of cals you need daily, then see how you want the macro breakdown to be. from here you can get on fitday.com to plan out your meals... once you've gotten good at counting the cals, and macros in your head, you wont need to use fitday anymore. i am able to count cals in my head and pretty much know what im eating. i would suggest eating more carbs earlier in teh day, then higher fat later on in teh day/night

I've done that.
I've lost 30lbs. And it's LOW carbs, not NO carbs

youre not trying some sort of keto diet are you? if you eat no carbs for 2 weeks your gonna feel like , and your body will start turning fat into ketones for energy. if youre gonna go into ketosis you only need 1 carb refeed day to get your metabolism a jolt, then you go back into ketosis.

that is not too bad at least you are getting sugar free, that is a good thing. Snackwells are pretty good, but even some of thier stuff is not that much different if you compair the packages.
