means they dont have to pay the taxes on the car at registration/inspection time (if they even have inspections lol) same goes for public busses and school vehicles (like metro and HISD) among a few others

IMO, it would be great. nobody has to L/S do it if you want.

there was a bill in the TX house, but it never really got off the ground. it did say you had to have the same requirements to L/S as the helmet laws.
Yea, from my understanding CA understands that most bikes are air cooled and need to keep moving, they must also understand how it feel to have that heat comming off the engine and heating up your legs and sausage (or taco) LOL!
