Question about higher speed wheelies

Im not asking so i can go out and do them, i just like knowing is all.

these guys ont he freeway doing lets say 70mph in a wheelie, the front wheel has slowed down quiet a bit or has stopped completly. when they set it back down, is thier anykind of jerking or whatever cuased by that front wheel being forced to do say 5mph-to an instant 70.

hope that kinda makes sense
