darn Harley riders!!!

I, of course, being the "respectable" HD rider that I am, do not condone the following, and have "never" (cough..) done this on anything other than a closed "road"...

it's really not that hard to accomplish on almost any bike...

Please understand, I am in no way promoting "stuntin" one the street, but I am a firm believer in understanding the dynamics of whatever you're riding. I've been hit enough times on bikes to realize "panicking" will kill ya faster than anything else. Knowing how your scoot's gonna respond if ya gotta take off quick is helpful info when that time comes..

tn Wheelie on M109

A few 109 guys have rode wheelies.

I've only had mine up 4" or so.

I'm kinda nervous putting 800 + lbs on the rear wheel myself.

That those machines have monster torque which equates to possible wheelie if induced!!!

...HD actually made one particular model, the FXDX (Dyna Super Glide Sport) that actually handled pretty decent, for a Harley... naturally nobody bought one since few HD riders are hardcore "twisty" riders, like your's truly. They were discontinued two years ago, much to the chagrin of the people who actually buy a bike to ride it as opposed to the vast majority of new HD "owners" who are "buying the image" ....

If you've never seen a HD leaned over 38% going into a corner at 60+, then head out to Fayetteville with the TSBA....

Having said that, I do miss my GSXR..
