**** that. If he would have ran off the road and messed his truck up, HE would be the one paying for it. Since anothers vehicle directly caused harm to his, it's paid for by their insurance company.

I've swerved to miss two people in my old car. . . . both times my car was messed up, and I was stuck paying for it, even though it probably saved the at faults lives. I have no problem nailing someone now.
