nice install...does the intercooler cause any problems with the air getting to the radiator?

Yeah it definetly blocks the radiator a pretty good amount...Going down the road it will be fine, idling in traffic is gonna suck. I have two fans on it and that helps some but between the turbo dumping heat into the radiator and the intercooler blocking the radiator, its probably gonna run pretty hot around town......Just the price you pay I guess...

lokks good, you excited about testing it yet? what do you have to do for break in since you just rebuilt the motor?

Thanks bro....its been a lot of work...I know I will have some bugs to work out of it but, I will just be glad to have it running and putting some easy miles on it around town for a while to break it in. I will heat cycle it 3 times, the ride it easy for a couple hundred miles....Then start tuning it. I am looking forward to 300+hp on PUMP GAS...

Looks kick bro, I know thats alot of work and $, I want to do that to one of mine, prolly the Velocity kit, they are sweet as well, that intercooler is tight by the tire, chit everything is tight, but I personally like it that way, nothing is nicer than a finished product that looks factory, thanks for the update
