With a little ingenuity(and help from a electronics guy), and a trip to radio shack i bet you could do some crazy shytewith the phone and led's or even the lights in the room, somethin like that?

you can do it on any phone . the ringer on a phone is usually 12-24 volts buy a radio shack strobe and cut into the bell wires and tada you got a light up phone.it easy you can prolly do it yourself.

Find a handi-able store. They make all kinds of things like flashing modules that will blink a lamp in the room when the phone rings or someone is at the door. They even make a vibrating pillow-insert used with an alarm clock for the hearing impaired.

+1 on what these folks said....my fiance's aunt and uncle are deaf (not 100% for both of them), but they have strobe lights/flashing lights, etc. that go off when the phone rings....

WALMART HAS A CLEAR PHONE THAT DOES LIGHT UP WHEN IT RINGS, IT IS DESIGNED FOR TEENS, BUT WOULD WORK GREAT FOR THE ELDERLY AND I THINK THEY ARE UNDER $20.00

good phone too
i LOVED that phone but i swear it was possessed.

Whenever I would switch the ringtones, it would keep playing them even after I would pop the battery I had that phone way back when outgoing texts were free
