rationing diesel!?!?!?!?!

I just found out that they started rationing semi trucks to just a certain amount of gallons per trip or predictid destination or whatever. this fuel thing is getting bad. like that other post on how ppl might start buying bikes for the milage, they might start stealing them too( more than allready) if what they're doing with the semis are to be a reflection of things to come.
