...it's an easy problem...
I hear this too many times... and the urge to gab a gun or bat gets stronger with each one.
If it's something that's 'easy' to fix, then why the are you bothering to call the support center to get it fixed. Typicaly this is the sign, that someone either is a complete and total idiot or they have really, REALLY farked things up and that Im going to be tied up for the next couple hours.
Ok rant over, time to deal with more idiots... like users on vacation calling in about pc problems.
