that is all it is, is spacers, some kits will have bumper and radiator relocation brackets. that is where you need to do your research about kits, some leave some ugly gaps at the bumpers, and your wheel wells will have gaps under the body, so you would want to cover those also. your steering and some other linkages will need extensions, but it will all come with the kit

closely look at other trucks with body kits and see if that is what you really want to do, a suspension lift would look better.
