My Gift- Free NOOB TRACK DAY!

I'm always encouraging motorcycle riders to go to the track whenever I meet them. I love it and I don't think I have meet anyone who has tried it and said it isn't a great experience. In the spirit of the holiday, the new year, and as a gift to the MH community I am going to buy someone a track day.

Requirements:

1. It must be your first time to a roadracing type track day. If you have done drag racing or dirt racing, you are still eligible.

2. Promise to have a great time and listen to your instructors.

That's it.

When: March 8th NOOB Day
Where: MSR Houston with Buck and the Longhhorn Motor Cycle School

I'm working on finding a sponsor for a suit rental, no promises yet.

How to enter:
Reply with your name on a sign up list.
Example:
1. John Smith
2. Jane Jones
and so on and so forth

How will the winner be chosen:
I'll put names on pieces of paper and draw from a hat or cup, or bucket, I'll draw it out of something. I know, I'll draw it out of my helmet! I'll even post video of the drawing in the thread. (if I can figure out how)

Merry Christmas (or holiday of your choosing) to everyone and particularly some lucky NOOB.

Sincerely,
Mike

This is very generous of you Mike. It's always nice to see people doing things like this for other people. Well I guess I'm out cause I did my first and only TD at MSRH in early Nov :/: Trying to come up with the funds so I can come out and do it again LMS doesn't do cornerwork credits

Thanks Gonzo!

You know what, I just thought of something. Those of us who go to the track all the time have a truck or trailer. We have a means of getting all our fuel, tools, and extra out there.

I love a day at the track as much as anyone, even if I'm not riding. If the winning NOOB needs me to, I'll bring all my normal track supplies there and back. If the NOOB wants, he/she can drop off leathers, food, whatever they want at my house prior and pick up after.

You get the point, details will be worked out after the drawing. I'm just trying to eliminate the hurdles someone might face.
